Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE NITRO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ALL FOUR DOOR LATCHES FAILED AND THE DOORS HAD TO BE LOCKED MANUALLY. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE TRUNK OF THE VEHICLE FAILED TO LOCK. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE THE FAILURE WAS UNDETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 76,000.
