Consumer Description

STARTED MY 2011 FUSION TO GO HOME AFTER WORK TODAY. GOT "POWER STEERING ASSIST FAULT" IN INFORMATION WINDOW. FOUND POWER STEERING WAS INDEED NOT WORKING. TURNED CAR OFF AND RESTARTED. DIDN'T GET WARNING THIS TIME. DROVE 10 MINUTES TO HOME WITH NO FURTHER ISSUES. VERY NERVOUS ABOUT IT HAPPENING AGAIN AT THE WORST TIME. AFTER SEEING SO MANY COMPLAINTS HERE, FORD DEFINITELY NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM. I'M NOT REALLY CONVINCED THAT THE GEARBOX REPLACEMENT IS THE "FIX". *TR
