TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD ESCAPE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN ATTEMPTING TO CLOSE THE HATCHBACK WINDOW, THE SCREW ON THE PASSENGER'S SIDE SEPARATED FROM THE HINGE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 145,000.
