Consumer Description

I HAVE A 2011 DODGE AVENGER EXPRESS AND HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS. THEY ONLY WORK ON THE HIGH SETTING. WHEN I WENT TO THE LOCAL DEALER THEY TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED A NEW MOTOR THAT WOULD COST $200. WHEN I TOOK IT BACK IN FOR THAT REPAIR THEY TOLD ME THAT A NEW MOTOR WASN'T CALLED FOR BUT A TIPM WAS NEEDED AT THE REQUEST OF DODGE/CHRYSLER AT THE COST OF $800.00. THERE IS A RECALL FOR THE TIPM BUT IT STARTS IN JUNE OF 2011 AND MY CAR WAS MADE IN FEBRUARY OF THAT YEAR. IS THERE SOMETHING I CAN DO? THERE IS NO WAY I CAN COME UP WITH $800.0 FOR THIS. *TR
