TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 PONTIAC GRAND AM. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO START THE VEHICLE, THE KEY WAS DIFFICULT TO TURN. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT FELT THAT THE REMEDY FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V400000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) WOULD NOT BE A PERMANENT REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 125,000.
