TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHEVROLET AVALANCHE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DASHBOARD CRACKED ON THE PASSENGER'S SIDE, WHICH COULD EXPOSE THE AIR BAG. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE DASHBOARD NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
