TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 KIA FORTE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE RIMS ON ALL FOUR WHEELS WERE COMPLETELY RUSTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT THE RIMS WERE NOT REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 8,000.
