HELLO NHTSA OFFICER, I'M A CADILLAC 2013 ATS CUSTOMER FROM CHINA. SOMEDAY I FIND SOME CUSTOMERS SAY THIS CAR'S ENGINE LEAKS OIL FROM FORUM. THE DETAIL PLEASE SEE HTTP://CLUB.AUTOHOME.COM.CN//BBS/THREAD-C-3207-29560418-1.HTML I CHECK MY CAR THAT ONLY RUN ABOUT 400KM, IT ALWAYS HAS LEAKING. AND ABOUT 90% CUSTOMERS FROM FORUM HAS THE SAME PROBLEM. THE ALL CARS LEAKS PART IS SAME. OUR 4S CAN'T GIVE THE ENOUGH SUPPORTS AND WE DON'T KNOW IF IT HAS POTENTIAL SAFETY HAZARD.
