TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 TOYOTA CAMRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 30 MPH, THERE WAS A LOUD ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM ALL THE SPEAKERS AND THE INSTRUMENT PANEL FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED AND THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
