TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 GMC ACADIA. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A TURN, AN ABNORMAL NOISE EMITTED FROM THE STEERING WHEEL. THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 85,000.
