Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 FORD EDGE. THE CONTACT NOTICED A FUEL ODOR COMING FROM THE VEHICLE AND DISCOVERED THAT FUEL WAS LEAKING. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE FUEL TANK NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 170,000.
