Consumer Description

VEHICLE PARKED IN DRIVEWAY. OPENED REAR PASSENGER SIDE DOOR AND IT BOUNCED OPEN. HAD TO USE A RATCHET SECURED TO OPPOSITE DOOR FOR A FEW DAYS WHILE PART CAME IN AT DEALER. WAS REPAIRED UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY. LESS THAN MONTH LATER, SAME THING ON FRONT PASSENGER DOOR. FACTORY WARRANTY EXPIRED, BUT COVERED UNDER PRE OWNED FORD CERTIFIED WARRANTY EXCEPT THIS WAS $100. DEDUCTIBLE I HAD TO PAY. THIS IS SAFETY RELATED AND SHOULD BE FULLY COVERED WITH NO DEDUCTIBLE. *TR
