Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 CADILLAC CTS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT COVERING WAS FRACTURED AND THE THIRD BRAKE LIGHT FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. THE DEALER RECOMMENDED REPLACING THE LICENSE PLATE COVERING, BUT THE THIRD BRAKE LIGHT FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 89,000.
