Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE CHARGER. AFTER REFUELING THE VEHICLE AND DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL GAUGES MALFUNCTIONED AND STOPPED OPERATING. THE PCM, TCM, BCM, AND ABS SENSORS ILLUMINATED. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY BEGAN TO ACCELERATE AND THEN SLOW DOWN REPEATEDLY AS THE DRIVER RELEASED THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE PCM, TCM, AND BCM NEEDED TO BE UPDATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNAVAILABLE.
