TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD MAKE A SPARKING NOISE WHENEVER THE KEY WAS INSERTED INTO THE IGNITION SWITCH. THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE WAS 36,000.
