Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE VEERED TO THE RIGHT CAUSING IT TO GO OFF ROAD INTO THE GRASS. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO REGAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND STOP IT. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE RIGHT TIE ROD ASSEMBLY AND RIGHT BALL JOINT WERE DEFECTIVE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 160,000.
