TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 NISSAN ROGUE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND REQUIRED EXCESSIVE FORCE TO MANEUVER. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON THREE OCCASIONS. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL COLUMN NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 53,150.
