Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD MUSTANG. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE AND REAR WINDOW TINT WERE DETERIORATING. THE TINT WAS IMPACTING VISIBILITY AND WAS REMOVED ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE. THE REAR WINDOW TINT WAS NOT REMOVED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER MULTIPLE TIMES, BUT NO REMEDY WAS PROVIDED. UPON MAKING A TURN OR WHILE TRAVELING AT ANY SPEED, THE GEARS DOWNSHIFTED TOO FAST. THE DEALER REPLACED THE TRANSMISSION, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 29,000.
