TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE RECEIVED A SECOND RECALL NOTIFICATION. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE HEAT SHIELD NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBERS LISTED IN THE FIRST AND SECOND RECALL NOTIFICATIONS WERE UNKNOWN. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
