TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 BUICK LUCERNE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE ACTUATOR LOCK FRACTURED AND PREVENTED HER FROM ENTERING OR EXITING THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 45,000.
