TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHEVROLET CRUZE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE TRYING TO START HER VEHICLE THE KEY BECAME STUCK IN THE IGNITION AND SHE WAS UNABLE TO RELEASE THE KEY. THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,000.
