I WAS AT AN INTERSECTION TRYING TO CROSS THE ROAD AND MY CAR HESITATE TO GO WHEN PRESSING THE GAS . IT WOULDN'T GO AT ALL I WAS VERY AFRAID. THEN FINALLY IT WENT AND STARTING JERKING REAL BAD. I TOOK IT TO THE BONDY FORD IN DOTHAN AL TO GET IT CHECK OUT BECAUSE I AM SCARED TO DRIVE IT AND THE SERVICE WAS SO RUDE THEY DIDN'T OFFER ME A LOANER CAR AND LIE TO ME SAYING MY PLATINUM WARRANTY DIDN'T COVER A RENTAL CAR !!!!! WOW I TOLD THE SERVICE GUY THAT I WILL CALL MY WARRANTY CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER THEN HE REPTILE COME IN LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN DO I WILL CALL FOR YOU . HE WAS SO RUDE UNTIL HE SEEN ME GETTING VERY UPSET . *TR
