TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V529000 (STEERING). THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE SAFETY RELATED ISSUE OF THE POTENTIAL FAILURE TO THE DRIVER SIDE TIE ROD ASSEMBLY, WHICH COULD POTENTIALLY LEAD TO A CRASH. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
