Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE MAGNUM. WHEN THE CONTACT DEPRESSED THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE EPS AND CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 63,000.
