Consumer Description

2014 DODGE RAM 1500. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED ON TWO OCCASIONS, WHEN HE SLOWED DOWN TO A STOP, THE TRANSMISSION WENT INTO NEUTRAL, AND THE VEHICLE COASTED DOWN TO A STOP. THE TRANSMISSION KNOB WOULD NOT OUT SHIFT OUT OF DRIVE AND IT STAYED IN NEUTRAL. WHEN HE STOPPED AND TURNED OFF THE MOTOR, HE WAS ABLE TO PUT THE GEAR SHIFT INTO PARK, START THE VEHICLE AND SHIFT INTO DRIVE. *JB INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6). *TR
