Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 FORD WINDSTAR. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE ABS AND THE BRAKE WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHO STATED THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONTROL UNIT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 125,000.
