Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHEVROLET COBALT. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH , THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT ANY WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER 14E021000 (IGNITION SWITCH) AND THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO REMEDY THE RECALL HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
