THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS TO BE REPAIRED UNDER THE RECALL H OEVER THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT DID EXPERIENCE THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 16,000.
