Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD F-350. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE ENGINE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING . THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO START THE VEHICLE AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT THE FUEL TEMPERATURE SENSOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 88,000.
