TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 SATURN OUTLOOK. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AND THE GEAR WOULD NOT SHIFT, WHICH PREVENTED THE VEHICLE FROM MOVING. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. NO REPAIRS WERE MADE AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 81,000. UPDATED 04/13/15*LJ UPDATED 08/24/2017*CT
