FIRST INCIDENT 15000 MILES, SECOND INCIDENT 38000 MILES. AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION DOES NOT GO INTO PARK. LOCKED IN NEUTRAL OR DRIVE ONLY. TRANSMISSION CABLE OR REVERSE LOCK OUT SOLENOID GOES BAD.
