TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DEALER WAS TAKING TOO LONG TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE ACCORDING TO NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V528000 (STEERING). THE DEALER STATED THAT THE PART WAS ORDERED ON FEBRUARY 12, 2014 AND HAD STILL NOT ARRIVED. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
