Consumer Description

ON THURSDAY, JULY 3, 2014, I WAS LEAVING THE CITY DRIVING MY NEW 2014 DODGE JOURNEY. AFTER DRIVING FOR ONE MINUTE THE ESC DISPLAY APPEARED AND THE CAR IMMEDIATELY DECELERATED TO THE POINT OF ALMOST CUTTING OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. THIS OCCURRED IN THE MIDDLE OF RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC, AT STOP LIGHTS, AFTER PULLING OFF FROM THE STOP LIGHTS, ETC. THIS OCCURRED FOR APPROXIMATELY 20 MINUTES. IT WAS AN EXTREMELY HOT, SUNNY DAY, NO RAIN IN SIGHT. EVENTUALLY, AFTER GETTING ONTO A LONGER STRETCH OF ROAD, THE CONSTANT DECELERATION IN SPEED STOPPED AND THE ESC DISPLAY INDICATOR STOPPED TURNING ON AND OFF. I TOOK THE CAR IMMEDIATELY TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE NO CODES OR OTHER ISSUES COULD BE DISCOVERED. *TR
