TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 NISSAN ALTIMA. WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, A FABRIC TYPE MATERIAL FROM THE REAR WHEEL FENDER WELL WOULD MAKE CONTACT WITH BOTH THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE REAR TIRES. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE REAR WHEEL FENDER LINERS WERE DEFECTIVE AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
