Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 HONDA CR-V. THE CONTACT HEARD AN ABNORMAL NOISE WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER ON THREE OCCASIONS, BUT THE FAILURE WAS UNABLE TO BE DUPLICATED. ON ONE OCCASION, THE MECHANIC REPLACED THE STARTER BUT THE FAILURE WAS NOT RECTIFIED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000.
