TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 CHEVROLET CORVETTE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND THE KEY WAS ABLE TO BE REMOVED FROM THE IGNITION. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE LOCK PLATE AND MOTOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000.
