Consumer Description
TL* TL- THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V528000 (STEERING) HAD EXCEEDED THE REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE RECALL REPAIR AND THAT APPROXIMATELY 175 PEOPLE WERE ON A WAITING LIST BEFORE THE CONTACTS VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE DELAY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
