TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 TOYOTA RAV4. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION FOR RECALL NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 13V383000 (SUSPENSION) HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE REPAIRS WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
