TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 GMC ENVOY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER TURNING OFF HER IGNITION, THE DOORS LOCKED LEAVING HER TRAPPED IN THE CAR. THERE WAS NO WARNING PRIOR TO THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 73,134.
