TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V528000 (STEERING). THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER DID NOT KNOW WHEN THE PARTS WOULD BE AVAILABLE TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. IN ADDITION, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WOULD NOT OPERATE ON THE HIGH SETTING. THE DEALER RESET THE COMPUTER FOR THE WIPERS, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
