TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 HYUNDAI GENESIS COUPE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE CONTACT CRASHED HEAD ON INTO A TREE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED FRACTURES TO THE STERNUM, A BRAIN HEMORRHAGE, AND WHIPLASH. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 45,000.
