Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 PONTIAC TORRENT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE IGNITION KEY FAILED TO RELEASE FROM THE IGNITION SWITCH UNTIL AFTER AWAITING THIRTY MINUTES WITH REPEATED ATTEMPTS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER, WHO WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE DEFECT. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 74,000.
