Consumer Description

THE TRANSMISSION (GEAR SHIFT) WAS STUCK IN PARK. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER AND I, AS OWNER WAS NOTIFIED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL ON MY YEAR OF VEHICLE. THERE WAS A RECALL ON YEARS 2008-2010. THEN I HAD TO PAY $287.00 FOR LABOR COSTS AND $12.97 FOR THE PART. $301.01 TOTAL. I STRONGLY FEEL I SHOULD BE REIMBURSED. PLEASE CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER. I AM AN ELDERLY WOMAN AND I LIVE ON A FIXED INCOME. I FEEL THIS MATTER SHOULD FALL UNDER THE RECALL FOR SAFETY PURPOSES. *TR
