Consumer Description

I WAS DRIVING MY 2008 JEEP LIBERTY SKYSLIDER ON A LOCAL ROAD AT AROUND 40 MPH. THE ROOF ( A CONVERTIBLE TYPE) BEGAN RATTLING AND CAME OFF THE TRACKS WHILE IN THE CLOSE POSITION CAUSING THE ROOF TO FLY UP. I CONTACTED JEEP AND THEY HAVE NO REMEDY FOR THIS ALTHOUGH AFTER LOOKING THIS UP ONLINE, THERE ARE TONS A SIMILAR INCIDENTS. A CAR IN WHICH THE ROOF FLIES UP IS A MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD AND JEEP SHOULD BE LIABLE SINCE THIS DOESN'T SEEM TO BE AN ISOLATED INCIDENT. *TR
