TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 SATURN OUTLOOK. THE CONTACT STATED UPON STARTING THE IGNITION, THE KEY REMAINED LODGED IN THE IGNITION SWITCH. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE DEFECT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNAVAILABLE. PM
