Consumer Description

I HAVE A 2008 FORD EDGE SEL THAT BEGINNING LAST YEAR STARTED HESITATING BETWEEN 1ST AND 2ND GEARS AND 1500-2000 RPM'S. I HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO HAVE THE COMPUTER FOR THE TRANSMISSION UPDATED AND IT DIDN'T FIX THE ISSUE. THE DEALERSHIP CAN'T SEEM TO FIGURE OUT THE EXACT PROBLEM. BUT THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE REPORTING THIS ONLINE AS WELL. FORD NEEDS TO PUT A RECALL OUT SO THAT CONSUMERS LIKE ME CAN HAVE THIS ISSUE FIXED. THE CAR ALSO BANGS WHEN PUT INTO REVERSE.
