TL * THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE KEY COULD BE DETACHED FROM THE IGNITION WITHOUT THE GEAR BEING SECURED IN PARK. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 150,000.
