Consumer Description

MY VIN DOES NOT SHOW UP UNDER ANY RECALL EVEN THOUGH MY YEAR AND MODEL SHOWS IT SHOULD COME UP. THERE HAVE BEEN THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS WHERE THE STEERING HAS GONE OUT. ON TWO OCCASIONS, EVEN AFTER TURNING THE CAR OFF AND BACK ON IT WOULD STILL BE OUT. IT WAS OUT FOR 3 DAYS ONE TIME. WHEN I HEARD ABOUT THE RECALL, MY HUSBAND AND I WERE EXCITED BECAUSE WE THOUGHT IT WOULD FINALLY BE ABLE TO BE FIXED BUT GM STATES MY CAR ISN'T LISTED. I DON'T UNDERSTAND. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO? *TR
