THE OPERATOR OF VEHICLE #1 WAS TRAVELING INBOUND ON RUTHERFORD AVE. WHEN SHE ADMITTED TO THE OFFICER "I WAS DISTRACTED ...WHILE I WAS DRIVING", AND RAN A RED LIGHT.
