TL- THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHRYSLER SEABRING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE TRAVELING 55 MPH THE POWER STEERING WENT OUT. AN ACCIDENT OCCURRED AND THE CONTACT WAS INJURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED. THE MANUFACTURE WAS NOTIFIED. REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED ON THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE RECURRED 3 TIMES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 87,000.
